Meet Mrs. Douthard
Hi, my name is
Catherine Douthard!
I am a 5th grade teacher and Instructional Technology Specialist. This year I will be teaching 5th grade. I also instruct students and teachers on how to use technology. In addition to teaching the 5th grade curriculum, I teach teachers how to use technology for teaching Math, Science, Reading, Social Studies and other Special Areas. I teach students how to use technology by helping them create projects, write reports and research information. I love working with kids and technology and seeing the excitement it brings to my classroom!
I have been teaching elementary school for 17 years. I have been married to C.L.
Douthard, a Landscape Architect, for 22 years and we have one son. We live on
the family farm in the country. We all enjoy sailing, scuba diving and
traveling to faraway places. I love to read, teach, work on my computer and
spend time with my family.
I can be reached during the day at:
